I Am Jim Duell From Perry, NY. I Travel Around The State Of New York To Different Balloon Festivals Held In All The Different Towns & Villages Like Perry. Our Festival Is Usually The Last Weekend Of July And Has About 10 To 15 Balloons Each Year.
